A number of members belonging to the Garden Grove, California Crystal Cathedral congregation are shocked after they were asked in an email to help deliver meals for the sick wife of the organization's founder, who is very wealthy. The Crystal Cathedral filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after consulting with Riverside California bankruptcy lawyers and has apparently been undergoing financial difficulties since the early part of the last decade. The bankruptcy has been a high profile case since if the bankruptcy went through it would be the first mega church to go out of business due to lack of funding.
