James Lew
James Lew started his career as a stlUlUnan in the original "Kung
Fu" television series. Raised in South Central tos Angeles his
destiny was to answer a call in Holly wood for the hugely popular Kung
Fu television series. From that time on he has been working nonstop.
lIe has earned the highest respect in the industry as a stuntman, stlUlt
coordinator, fight choreographer, second unit director and actor. James
was voted "Favorite Action Star" by fans of Inside Martial
Arts magazine.
Internet fans voted him into the Hall of Fame in the Martial Art History
Musellm. Inside Kung Fu Magazine inducted him as one of
the "martial arts greats" alongside legends such as Bruce
Lee, Chuck Norris, Steven Segal, Jean Claude Van Damme and his longtime
friend, Jackie Chan. James went on to star in the now collectible Hong
Kong film"Young Dragon," as well as box office hits such as
"Rush Hour and "Lethal Weapon 4." He made the move to
big budget studio films in 1984. John Carpenter handpicked him as the
martial arts choreographer for 20th Century
Fox's cult film, '"Big Trouble in Little China".

East Medical Association in USA; Listed in \\fha's Who in China. Master

has appeared on TV in many countries including Taiwan, USA, Japan, Germany,
England, Australia, etc.
